Shipping & Returns

  • Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be sent. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at nicole@tutuvi.com.

    Colors of items on this website may appear differently in person because of differences in the settings of individual computer monitors and mobile devices. Product images may not perfectly match the colors of the actual items.

    TUTÚVI reserves the right to refuse service at any time if there is any disagreement over these terms.

  • All orders within the United States are shipped either first-class or priority via US Postal Service. Rates are calculated in your cart. For international orders, please email us at nicole@tutuvi.com.

  • We are unable to accept returns. Refunds are only available for website orders, if the item purchased is out of stock. For all other website orders, exchanges are available if the following conditions are met:

    1. Please email us, in advance, regarding your exchange request. Contact: nicole@tutuvi.com. In your email, include your order number; the name of the item you’d like to exchange; and the name, size, and color of the item for which you’d like to exchange it.

    2. The item you’re exchanging must be in its original condition, with its original tag(s) attached. The item must be—in our judgment—unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We are unable to accept any garments that are not in its original condition.

    3. The purchaser pays the cost of mailing the item back to TUTÚVI for exchange. If the exchange is accepted, then we will cover the cost of sending you a replacement item. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for shipment.

    4. TUTÚVI is not responsible for items that the purchaser sends or items that are lost in the mail. Purchasers returning items for exchange are encouraged to insure the shippings and include a tracking service.
