These full gathered skirts can be worn on the waist or hips, usually worn for hula but sometimes for street wear. All skirts are 4 yards of fabric and the same length. The 4 elastic bands allow for size adjustment by retying them shorter or longer. The standard length, including the elastic bands, is 29 1/2 in. (75 cm.). 65% polyester, 35% cotton.
